I finally made it to Noosa and tried Massimos... I had the hazelnut and it was deliciously creamy... but contained no actual nuts... what are the icecream makers thinking when they remove the crunch from the icecream? So only 8/10 rather than a full score from me... I like my nuts (you are what you eat, or so they say)!
Note to self... start a factory making icecream with nice pieces of fruit and nuts in the mixture...
